Find your purpose at Passenger
The UK's leading sustainable transport technology provider.
What drives us
We make technology that helps people to commute, socialise, shop or just do what they love.
We work in partnership with our customers and that enables us to deliver solutions to the everyday problems we all encounter. Accountability is important to us but more than that, we're motivated to learn and excel in everything we do.
We operate with empathy and understand that different people need different things to thrive.

Our Benefits
Health & Medical
Your physical and mental health is important to us. To support you we provide optional Private Medical Insurance to all staff.
In addition, we also offer a Health Cash Plan which contributes to optical and dental expenses and other therapists for your everyday health care.
A Cycle to Work scheme is also available.
Flexible Working
Our flexible remote policy provides you with all the equipment to work productively.
We have all-hands or department days 4 times a year, where the whole team gathers to share knowledge, collaborate and spend quality time together.
We also operate flexible working hours where you can flex your start, finish and lunchtimes.
EMI Share Scheme
We offer every member of the team the opportunity to share in success through an Enterprise Management Incentive share scheme.
As a Passenger employee you’ll be eligible, so you’ll benefit directly from the financial success of the company.
Pension & Inflationary Rises
3% pension contribution in your first 3 years, 4% in year 4 and then increasing 1% year on year until we hit 10% - making a 15% pension combined pension contribution.
In January, we review the reported CPIH inflation for the previous year and increase salaries across the board to match, capped at 3%.
Holidays
We offer 25-27 days holiday per year (+ Bank Holidays).
You'll receive additional days for long service to a maximum of 3 extra days.
Employee Referral Scheme
We're always looking for great people to join us. If you think you know someone that might also find their purpose at Passenger, then let them know. If they go on to become a member of the team, we’ll pay a £1,000 referral bonus.
How to apply
No-one should be left hanging during a job search. We've laid out our approach so you know what to expect from us.
We will give you a clear timeline and be transparent about when you can expect to hear from us.
If you see a role you want to apply for, be sure to read the details and if it feels like a good fit, submit a cover letter explaining why you're the right person and a copy of your CV.
What happens next?
We'll review everything you've provided. Make sure you tell us why you think you're right for the role in your cover letter.
After we shortlist potential candidates, we invite those we feel best suited to the role to a short (approx. 30 mins) telephone interview.
These stage one interviews aim to fill any gaps in your CV or cover letter, get to know you a bit better and are usually with our HR Manager.
The selection committee (often made up of two directors and one member from the department we are hiring for) will choose who to invite to a stage two interview. These last approx. one hour and are either face-to-face or via video call.
You may get a chance to meet with more of the team, have a chance to ask them questions about working here at Passenger and the role you would play within the team.
The interview may include a short task, which we'll let you know about in advance.
Looking for a different role?
Drop us an email to tell us about yourself, what you are looking for and what you would bring to the team. If the right thing comes up, we'll know how to get hold of you.
