Pension & Inflationary Rises
3% pension contribution in your first 3 years, 4% in year 4 and then increasing 1% year on year until we hit 10% - making a 15% pension combined pension contribution.
In January, we review the reported CPIH inflation for the previous year and increase salaries across the board to match, capped at 3%.
Holidays & Adventures
We offer 25-27 days holiday per year (+ Bank Holidays).
You'll receive additional days for long service to a maximum of 3 extra days and bonuses to fund exciting adventures and create new memories.
For those with 5+ years of service looking for a longer break, we offer a sabbatical scheme too.
